Bupleurum Honey
This honey from the summer shrubland that tastes like spice bread is not to be missed. We made this unique honey accidentally. The bupleurum blooms in June and July in the coastal shrubland. Dry weather often prevents the bupleurum from blooming, and we move our hives to the mountains.
Due to the “bad weather” in summer, we left some hives in the shrubland. The result is a superb Bupleurum Honey that we call Summer Honey. It sounds nicer and is easier to pronounce!
