Honey Vinegar is produced from Honey Wine that’s been diluted with spring water bringing it to 9° of alcohol.
The mixture is placed in containers with fermenting bacteria that transform the alcohol into acetic acid.
Theoretically, the resulting vinegar is alcohol-free although traces can sometimes be found.
European legislation allows for a percentage of 1% alcohol in vinegar.Our Honey Vinegar contains neither additives nor preservatives.
