• Taste : Tree Heath Honey tastes strongly of caramel and cacao. It’s rich in trace minerals.
This honey crystallises quickly making it difficult to keep it creamy during conservation.
Tree Heath Honey contains few enzymes and is highly acidic.

Tree Heath is found in the Mediterranean area, especially in southern France. It’s a specific type of heather that grows in deep, airy, acidic, siliceous soils.
It’s rarely found at an altitude of more than 600 meters.
