Formerly known as Narbonne Honey, it’s been enjoyed for a long time. Like Acacia Honey, it has a delicate aroma which is more evident when the honey is Creamy.
. Appearance : In a liquid state, Rosemary Honey is transparent and almost colourless. Once it crystallises, it becomes white. A light golden colour suggests the presence of Thyme Honey as the two plants bloom at the same time. Rosemary Honey crystallises quickly, developing fine grains.
. Smell : The smell is aromatic and characteristic of rosemary. A light balsamic smell can be detected.
. Taste : Rosemary Honey is light and delicate, almost neutral with a taste suggestive of plant life. The taste and aroma are stronger when Thyme honey is present.
