Oregano is harvested in August in highland pastures above Axat and conditioned by us with our vinegar.

Honey Vinegar is produced from Honey Wine that has been diluted with spring water, bringing it to 9° of alcohol.
The mixture is placed in containers with fermenting bacteria that transform the alcohol into acetic acid.
Theoretically, the resulting vinegar is alcohol-free although traces can sometimes be found.
European legislation allows for a percentage of 1% alcohol in vinegar. Our Honey Vinegar contains neither additives nor preservatives.
