Made from Erica herbacea's nectar (Cinerea Heather)
• Appearance : Dark brown in colour. It is a honey with a high percentage of water, around 18%. The crystallisation process is slow and it becomes granulated.
• Smell : Its aroma is unmistakable, clear, deep and penetrating.
• Taste : Woody and persistent, with a subtle bitterness in the back of the mouth.
Just like Heather honey and White Heather honey, Erica Heather Honey is particularly known for its Diuretics properties, it contains barium, sicilon and boron.
