    At the time of harvest, the colour is amber and becomes clear brown as the honey crystallises. The fine granules create a smooth consistency.

    . Smell :  The fruity smell is strong and pleasant.

    . Taste :  The taste is sweet and smooth.

    Tamarisk Honey is either liquid, solid, or creamy depending on the season.
